Our Design Process
From single-room refreshes to full-home transformations, our process is grounded in clarity and collaboration. We start by defining the project scope and vision, then thoughtfully guide each decision to align with your lifestyle. The end result is a space that feels intentional, inspiring, and easy to live in.
01 Discovery & Vision
This phase sets the foundation for the entire project, allowing us to understand you, your space, and how you live. We begin with a brief questionnaire and an in-person or virtual consultation to align on goals and overall vision, followed by a proposal if the project feels like the right fit. Once approved, we’ll share a series of guided exercises that help us further refine your style, priorities, and design direction.
02 Design Development
With a clear understanding of your needs and preferences, we develop a thoughtful and detailed design plan that may include drawings, material selections, furnishings, textiles, and color palettes. Once the concept feels cohesive and complete, we present it for your review and feedback. This collaborative phase allows for thoughtful refinement, ensuring the final design feels personal, intentional, and truly yours.
03 Sourcing & Coordination
Once the design is finalized, we move into sourcing products and managing any logistics behind the scene. For projects involving construction or paint, we collaborate closely with contractors and other trusted professionals to ensure the design is executed seamlessly. Throughout this phase, we oversee the details to keep the project on track and within the established budget.
04 Installation & Styling
This final phase is where the design comes to life. Whether the project is a redesign or a renovation, we will be on site for product installation and styling, ensuring each element is placed with intention and that the space feels cohesive and complete. From final adjustments to finishing touches, we manage all of the details involved in pulling together the final space.
